Transforming Digital Service Delivery at VA
VA launched the SPRUCE (Secure, Performant, Reliable, and User-Centered Experiences) IDIQ to scale digital services for Veterans while integrating private-sector best practices. As one of ten awardees, Coforma will provide agile delivery services such as software development, user research, data analytics, and product support operations to help VA modernize its digital service delivery.

Innovative Solutions Easing Benefits Claim Burdens for Veterans
When VA wanted to improve transparency and reduce cognitive burdens for Veterans navigating the claims and appeals processes, we worked with agency stakeholders to streamline the VA.gov benefits management tools. Our human-centered design approach helped ensure the Benefits Tools Crew product suite addressed Veterans’ needs and aligned with VA’s mission to engender greater trust and confidence in its processes.

Improving Veterans’ Customer Experience on VA.gov
The VA’s Centralized Content, Accessibility, and Information Architecture Team needed to modernize VA.gov’s structure and accessibility to enhance the Veteran user experience. Team Coforma collaborated with VA to migrate, adapt, and develop content in support of this goal. We ensured clear information architecture and strenuous accessibility standards, empowering Veterans, caregivers, and service providers to easily navigate VA.gov and connect to services on the site.
